Mesa, AZ - April 15, 2019 - Print.Save.Repeat. co-founders, CEO Errol Berry and Chairman Richard Grubenhoff, joined Mesa Mayor John Giles and Councilmember Kevin Thompson at a groundbreaking ceremony for two warehouse and manufacturing facilities in the new business park north of Mesa-Gateway Airport.

The project is for two ground-up industrial buildings totaling over 65,000 square feet on 4.3 acres. Print.Save.Repeat. manufactures two unique product lines, laser printer toner cartridges and pressure-sensitive labels.

Since the brand’s inception in 2011, Print.Save.Repeat. has outgrown 3 facilities in the east valley and is currently in Gilbert with 36 employees. The Arizona startup was ranked 346th on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies List for 2015 with a three-year revenue growth of 1,355 percent.

""We are excited to be relocating to this new park and to be a part of the industrial growth in the southeast valley,"" said Errol Berry, CEO of Print.Save.Repeat. ""Most of our employees live within a few miles of the 202 South in Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek and Chandler. We believe this will be an excellent strategic location for us to continue to recruit more talented employees in the east valley.”

“Print.Save.Repeat. will be a great addition to southeast Mesa,” Mayor John Giles said. “This prime location is close to freeways, new residential communities, shopping and retail, everything employees and customers are looking for. Their decision to move to Mesa is an endorsement of our business-friendly environment and the forward-thinking, public investment in the Gateway Area.”

Councilmember Kevin Thompson who represents Mesa's District 6, and Aric Bopp, Deputy Director of Strategic Initiatives with Mesa’s Economic Development Dept, assisted Print.Save.Repeat. in coming the new area around Phoenix/Mesa Gateway Airport and in expediting the development process with the City of Mesa.

“We are thrilled that Print.Save.Repeat. has chosen Mesa and District 6 as their new home. This is the fastest growing area of our city, from both a residential and a business standpoint, and their facility is another key piece of the puzzle,” said Thompson. “This will add more jobs for our citizens in the employment corridor that the City has worked hard to create. It is a great location and I look forward to watching their growth and success here in Mesa.”

The new business park is located on Ray Road just east of Power on the south side of the Loop 202 freeway. The land was purchased from Orsett Properties in 2018. Sun State Builders is the design-builder and General Contrator and Wells Fargo Bank is financing the project. Work is expected to finish in September 2019.
