Returning an item is not an experience people often look forward to. Whether you buy the wrong thing or the thing you bought turns out to have a defect or not work the way you expected, returning it can sometimes be a big hassle.

While we are very proud of how few returns we get, we always strive to hit a return rate of zero percent, but also recognize that’s not always possible due to a number of variables including shipping and handling damage, manufacturing defects, and simply ordering the wrong item. Therefore, another performance metric we use to assess our success is how well we take care of our customers when a return is needed.

We put ourselves in our customers’ shoes and think, “If I needed to return or exchange an item, what would make it easy and convenient?” We looked at companies like Costco and Nordstrom who are praised for their flexible return policy and reputation for great customer service. Our returns policy is simple: Love it or return it! If for any reason you become dissatisfied with the performance of a Print.Save.Repeat. cartridge, we will either give you a full refund or replace it at our cost with a brand new Print.Save.Repeat. cartridge regardless of how much toner has already been used, no questions asked.

Print.Save.Repeat. brand toner cartridges are manufactured under the most stringent quality control standards for durability, reliability, print quality and page yield, assuring performance indistinguishable from the originals. They will not damage, deteriorate nor cause abnormal wear in any compatible machine for which it was originally designed. If a defect in one of our cartridges is found to be the sole cause of damage to a compatible printer, please contact us immediately! We will help you get the printer repaired, replace the printer with a new one, or reimburse you for the full amount of all service and repair done to the printer. You must provide satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was caused by a defect in the printer cartridge along with an invoice from a reputable service company in order to get reimbursed.
