HOW TO SET YOUR PRINTER TO LABELS

Generally speaking, the instructions for changing your printer settings to labels are pretty much the same no matter what kind of laser printer you have*. For Lexmark, Dell, and IBM laser printers, navigate to Menu>Paper Menu>Size/Type, and then select each tray that you will be using for labels individually and set Type>Labels. Feel free to give us a call if you need help!

Setting the proper media is one of those things that is so simple that it’s often overlooked, but it can cause a lot of grief if you don’t do it. Here's an example of how to set up your printer to print labels for the MS510 and MS610:

*If your printer doesn't have a digital display, the only way to change the settings is through your printer software or computer print settings. Please refer to your owner's manual.
