Generally speaking, the instructions for changing your printer settings to labels are pretty much the same no matter what kind of laser printer you have*. For Lexmark, Dell, and IBM laser printers, navigate to Menu>Paper Menu>Size/Type, and then select each tray that you will be using for labels individually and set Type>Labels. Setting the proper media is one of those things that is so simple that it’s often overlooked, but it can cause a lot of grief if you don’t do it. Here's an example of how to set up your printer to print labels for the MS510 and MS610:
*If your printer doesn't have a digital display, the only way to change the settings is through your printer software or computer print settings. Please refer to your owner's manual.
