Testing Print.Save.Repeat. Toner Cartridges for Quality

Before a recycled toner cartridge becomes a Print.Save.Repeat. toner cartridge, it must withstand a rigorous remanufacturing process. After a cartridge has been completely disassembled, blown out, cleaned, replaced with new parts, delicately reassembled, and filled with a precise amount of toner, it is now ready to be tested for all aspects of print quality. If it does not meet or exceed the quality of the original, it is set aside for further processing and inspection until all components are replaced and working properly.
