Works great at an affordable price!

I ordered black ink and it seems to be printing in a solid, saturated black— that’s exactly what I was looking for! The only issue was that my printer said it wasn’t An HP cartridge, so my printer warranty may be invalid now.

Ink is fine but return is confusing. They don't send you a mailing slip prepaid so not sure how they motivate me to not just throw my old one in the trash.

This toner cartridge worked great. I did a quick google search to find out if I could throw the old one in the landfill. Turns out this stuff isn't good for the environment.I noticed a "place hassle free recycle label here" on the box. I looked for the label but couldn't find it. I then went to their website and found they 100% recycle all the cartridges they sell. I opened a chat session and was told they can no longer offer free return labels because the cost of postage is too much. I told them I was happy to pay for the shipping to help our environment.They responded with thanks for the offer but we don't want it.UPDATE---- I increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars. They did offer me a return label after reading my review.
