There is no minimum order for stock labels and toner products. For custom label solutions, there will be minimum order quantity depending on the exact details of the job. Call us at 480-463-4548 for more details about your specific requirements.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! By requesting and signing an agreement form, we will be happy to send your business any product among the wide array we offer. Contact us for a copy of the agreement form.
How much do you charge for samples?
After signing the agreement form, all samples are offered free of charge.
How long should shipping usually take?
All in-stock toner and label orders will ship out same day if ordered by 3:00pm MST. Regular ground shipping to the 48 continental U.S. will take 1-5 business days. How do I track my order?
After an order is placed and shipped, tracking information will be sent via email to the email address used at checkout.

Why have I not received an email confirmation?
When you place an order, we immediately send an order confirmation to the email you provided at checkout. Once your order ships, we send a second email with tracking information. In the unlikely event you did not receive any of the two emails, even after checking your junk mail, we may either have the wrong email address or did not receive the order properly. How can I tell what my label order's shipping cost will be?
Stock labels ship at $9.99 per case. Custom label orders are a little different. Because of the variable prices of shipping label products, the shipping cost for custom products is determined on an order-by-order basis. Contact us for more details.

Can you print my color logo?

What is the difference between thermal transfer and direct thermal labels?
Direct thermal printing, also called thermal printing, occurs when a print head heats a thermally compatible label material, which then causes certain specific areas on it to turn black, creating your image. Thermal transfer printing is a comparable, yet different process. The printer’s print head heats a ribbon which then transfers a print onto your label material itself. The ribbon in thermal transfer printing must be correctly paired with both the printer and the material. Paper, plastic, and polyester materials can all be printed on using the thermal transfer method, giving you a wide range of material and durability options. Why aren't all materials laser printable?
There are many instances when a customer particularly enjoys a type of label, and when asking our company if they can print it on their office laser printer we unfortunately have to deny them. Why are certain label materials incompatible with laser printing? The answer is simple - heat. For some labels the adhesive, face-stock, or a combination of both cannot hold up integrity when faced with the high temperatures of laser printing.
How can I see the outline of the labels in my template?
To view the outlines of a Word template you must have Table Gridlines enabled – to turn them on left-click once in the center of your template, select the Table Tools “Layout” tab at the top of the page, and click “View Gridlines”. The outlines of the labels in your template should then be visible.
How can I tell what my shipping cost will be for toner cartridges?
For all toner products, shipping is free in the continental United Sates. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any additional outlying U.S. territories, your products will ship via USPS at a flat $19.99 per item. For more details on our shipping policy, visit our Shipping and Returns page.
Why did my cartridge not print the full yield that was quoted online?
Although it is a valid concern to worry about the print yield your cartridge provides, many customers mistakenly track the life of a cartridge using time. However, the time it takes for a cartridge to turn empty is a poor indicator of its page yield. Cartridge manufacturers estimate page yield using a baseline of 5% page coverage in laboratory conditions. The actual yield can vary significantly depending on your unique usage. The coverage rate, media type, toner darkness settings, and even climate can affect how many pages a cartridge will print. (As a general reference, a short memo usually has 5% coverage.) What is a remanufactured toner cartridge?
Toner cartridges that are “remanufactured” are OEM cartridges that have been recycled gone through a professional process of remanufacturing. The remanufactured cartridges and their print heads are cleaned extensively and filled with a premium toner formulation. The cartridges are checked to ensure they have the correct internal pressure, have no possible leakages, undergo and pass an extensive print test, and are meticulously tested to verify the electrical circuitry is operational. How many times can a cartridge be remanufactured?
The number of times a cartridge can be remanufactured is determined by three things: the care taken in the remanufacturing process, the storage conditions, and the state of the cartridge’s internal components. Some cartridges can be remanufactured up to 10 times.
What is the shelf life of a toner cartridge?
In most cases, toner cartridges have a shelf life of three years. However, optimal usage is within one year.
Will your cartridge void my printer warranty?
Rest assured, our cartridges will not void any kind of warranty. However, it is important to keep in mind that if you are experiencing a problem with your printer and resolve to calling your printer company to troubleshoot, they could potentially require you to install their own brand cartridge before servicing your printer.
Do I send my cartridge back to refill?
Not exactly. We can certainly recycle any cartridge you purchase from us, but It's important to distinguish "refill" cartridges from "remanufactured" cartridges.
A refill cartridge typically means that it was refilled with toner, at that's it. It did not undergo a remanufacturing process of any kind. This means all the internal components have not been reconditioned or replaced, which can lead to a number of printing problems.
In contrast, while remanufactured cartridges are also refilled with toner, they also undergo an extensive remanufacturing process to ensure they meet all OEM printing standards. Print.Save.Repeat. is not in the business of refilling cartridges. We offer the best products at the best price we can. Refill cartridges do not fit that mission.
