So much has happened in the year 2020. But despite the difficulties we have all faced, good things have kept happening at Print.Save.Repeat.
We celebrate the addition of a new permanent facility, new equipment with expanded capabilities, and the release of new product lines. We are so proud of our team and what we have accomplished this year.
Opening of our new facility in Mesa, Arizona
After outgrowing three manufacturing facilities since our inception in 2011, Print.Save.Repeat. managed to bring a two-year long build-to-suit development plan to fruition, and now we are enjoying working in a permanent home. The project, near Gateway Airport on the border of Gilbert and Mesa, broke ground in April 2019 and was up and running by February 2020. The new building is approximately 33,000 square feet of warehouse and production space on 2.2 acres of land. We are looking forward to a Grand Opening celebration once the pandemic has subsided.
New Equipment: ETI Cohesio
Continued investments in the latest manufacturing technology is vital to Print.Save.Repeat.'s long-term success and is part of our value proposition. We recently added ETI Cohesio equipment to our new Arizona facility. This new equipment has given us additional production capacity and has expanded our capabilities to make linerless labels and capabilities for new label solutions with customized adhesives and coatings.

GSA Advantage and AbilityOne Distributor
A more recent development, Print.Save.Repeat. officially became an approved GSA Advantage and AbilityOne Distributor. Being added to the GSA schedule allows Print.Save.Repeat. to better serve government customers by offering a dedicated GSA ordering portal with a more robust catalog and pre-approved pricing. Amazon Continues to Grow
Despite nationwide lockdowns and a slowing economy, our success on Amazon continues to grow. Several new products have been added to our catalog including new Lexmark toner cartridge models, single roll shipping labels, and a variety of scale labels for Hobart Quantum scale printers. COVID-19 Response: 100% Uptime
When the lockdowns began, Print.Save.Repeat. was designated as an essential business to support the critical supply chains that keep the country running. Some of our customers' supplies usage volume increased as much as 28% during Q2. Despite the increased volume, Print.Save.Repeat. successfully implemented recommended health guidelines for social distancing to protect employee's health with minimal impact on operations. As of October 2020, we have maintained 100% operational up-time and no cases of COVID-19.
