Leaks toner after time

Works good for a while then it just started putting excessive toner all over the pages. If it's going to do this I'll just have to stick with the more expensive name brand I guess. :(

Very high capacity cartridge should last a long time.

This is a high capacity cartridge and comes packaged really well - including an air pouch for protection. When I installed it everything seemed ok until I did a couple of test prints. I quickly notice that in the left margin, aboiut every 3 inches there was a small (1 inch) semi circle with no ink. I hadn't noticed it earlier because my first few documents had a clear 1 inch left margin. When I printed closer to the edge (1/4") the blank spot appeared. I removed the cartridge and shook it gently thinking that maybe the ink powere had settled, but no such luck. Now I have a long term cartridge that I need to print with clear margins at all times.
