Easy to use and recycle

This is the 2nd Print.Save.Repeat cartridge I've gotten - both install perfectly, and they make it easy to recycle the old cartridge with the new item's box and the free return label.

Is it almost as good as OEM?

I'm struggling with this as I'm not sure if it is the Toner or the printer. When I print an area with a Fill color on it it fails to fuse to the paper and lifts and transfers to adjacent pages. While it happen occasionally B4, now that I have two of the PSR Cartridges installed, it happens a lot more and especially on card stock.
